Charlotte, North Carolina — Nine designers, models, photographers, stylists, media professionals and fashion enthusiasts came together for Global Fusion Fashion Week, an event that turned the runway into a multicultural experience built on creativity, heritage and contemporary style.
The event was created and produced by Nidhi Shah, Founder of ARNI Fashion LLC, with the goal of connecting emerging and established creatives and showcasing fashion that transcends cultural boundaries.
Nine Designers, One Global Runway
The evening brought together vastly different creative visions, united by the same collective energy.
Divine Gatherings by Nagamani Botu celebrated South Indian culture through bridal-inspired styling and ceremonial fashion.
Kiss My S.W.A.G. by Kisonah Smith brought bold self-expression and confidence to the runway, backed by fashion experience spanning Miami, London, Paris and Nashville, alongside well-known creative, philanthropic and humanitarian work.
ARNI Fashion, Nidhi Shah’s own label, showcased its signature style: a fusion of high-end Indian heritage jewelry with contemporary, Western-inspired fashion.
Dazzalia Fashions by Salma Shaik presented versatile clothing and jewelry for women and girls, centered on femininity, confidence and personal expression.
Indus Trendz by Kanchan Rathi, a Charlotte-based designer and professional saree draping artist, highlighted the elegance of Indian sarees and traditional draping techniques.
Inheritance Designs by Nikki Balaji marked the debut of a remarkable young talent: at just 17, Nikki made her designer debut with a collection centered on individuality, confidence and self-expression.
Ruchi’s Collection by Vaishali Vetal celebrated Indian fashion and cultural heritage through vibrant, contemporary designs.
Collections by JJ by Jeffery Johnson brought an original creative vision to the runway: after a career in professional photography, Jeffery transitioned into design, presenting a swimwear collection.
DV Fashion Studios by Disha Vadgama, a designer, stylist, entrepreneur and image consultant, closed the circle with a refined perspective focused on wardrobe development and personal style.
Together, the nine designers represented the heart of Global Fusion Fashion Week — different cultures, different creative journeys and different aesthetics, coming together on one runway.
Nidhi Shah and ARNI Fashion
At the center of the production is Nidhi Shah, an Indian-American jewelry designer, entrepreneur and fashion producer. Through ARNI Fashion, Nidhi has expanded her work from luxury Indian heritage jewelry into talent development, runway opportunities, portfolio building, fashion production and international collaborations.
ARNI Fashion has already taken part in fashion experiences across cities including New York, Milan, Paris, Dubai, Cannes, Rome, Los Angeles, Atlanta and Charlotte, building a growing international presence.

Season 2 Returns December 5, 2026
Following the momentum of its inaugural season, Global Fusion Fashion Week returns with Season 2, taking place Saturday, December 5, 2026, at Blooming Farms in Charlotte, North Carolina.
The new season will welcome designers, models, photographers, makeup artists, stylists, media professionals, influencers and creative collaborators. Designer and model applications are now open, and Season 2 will continue to focus on runway experience, cultural fusion, portfolio development, fashion imagery, media exposure and professional networking.
With its signature spirit of “Celebration of Style,” Global Fusion Fashion Week continues its mission: building a strong multicultural fashion platform in Charlotte while creating opportunities for local, national and international creatives.
